According to Note 7633/UBND-SYT dated November 12, 2021 by the Da Nang People’s Committee, from 6 a.m. November 11, the pandemic level for An Hai Bac Ward and Nai Hien Dong Ward (Son Tra District) will be raised from level 2 (yellow) to level 3 (orange).
River bridge and west of Ngo Quyen Street. For Nai Hien Dong Ward, level 3 (orange) will apply to the whole ward.
a) For people from level 3 (orange) areas:
- Strictly comply with 5K measures (facemask – disinfection – distance – no gathering – health declaration).
- When going to a level 1 (green) or level 2 (yellow) area, you must have either a certificate of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a certificate of COVID-19 recovery for no more than 6 months.
- Do not go to level 4 (red) areas or medical isolation areas (except for special cases as per regulations for red areas and with approval by local authorities).
- When participating in indoor or outdoor economic, cultural, social or sports activities, you must meet the condition of full vaccination or recovery from COVID-19 within 6 months.
b) In level 3 (orange) areas, indoor and outdoor gatherings must ensure pandemic prevention measures and that 100% of participants are fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 within 6 months. No more than 20 people are allowed for indoor activities and no more than 50 people are allowed for outdoor activities.
c) Funerals, weddings, or parties at private residences can have no more than 20 attendants at a time.
d) Restaurants and eateries can only provide takeout services and cannot host guests.
đ) Wet markets and wholesale markets shall arrange a maximum of 50% of stalls, set up dividers between sellers and buyers, and fully comply with COVID-19 prevention measures as guided by the Ministry of Health.
e) Business establishments with a high risk of infection such as discotheques, karaoke, massage parlors, bars, internet cafes, gaming centres, day spas, casinos, and billiards continue to suspend operations.
g) Hair salons shall serve no more than 3 customers at a time.
h) Other business establishments (except restaurants and eateries) can serve a maximum of 20 customers at a time and must ensure a distance of 2m between each customer.
i) Those doing fishery activities must be fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 within 6 months.
k) For all other activities, participants shall actively comply with 5K measures.
