The morning of 19 May 2023, Chairman of Da Nang city People's Committee – Mr. Le Trung Chinh had a welcoming and meeting session with the missions from Kisarazu city, Chiba Prefecture (Japan) led by Mr. WATANABE Yoshikuni, Mayor of Kisarazu. On the afternoon of April 14, 2023, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Danang City Nguyen Van Quang had a meeting with the high-ranking delegation of Savannakhet Province (Laos) led by Member of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee, Secretary, and Provincial Governor Bounchom Ubonpaseuth who visited and worked in Da Nang.

Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh signed and issued Decision No. 331/QD-UBND dated February 24, 2023 approving the Document of the Technical Support Project for Child Friendly Cities in Da Nang for the period 2023-2026 using non-refundable ODA from the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
