The Jury Panel consists of famous painters and music composers in Viet Nam, as well as representatives of the foreign Embassies and Cultural Centers and International Organizations who have deep knowledge of various types of art. The Jury Panel is also advised properly and timely by Global2000 Consulting Company during its work.
The Jury has worked seriously, reasonably and objectively. At each match, five (05) judges worked independently and marked the performances based on five (05) criteria proposed by Global2000 Consulting Company and agreed by the Da Nang People's Committee, specifically: (1) Originality of display, concept design, theme adaptation; (2) Variety of effects, intensity of colours; (3) Scale and quality of display, creative use of firing site; (4) Music synchronization, soundtrack, mood; (5) Finale presentation, overall impression of show. The marking sheets at each match were sealed and kept by the Jury Secretariat, and has just been announced at the meeting on 4 June 2017.
As it is announced, three (03) teams with the highest scores arranged by Vietnamese alphabetical order are Team UK, Team Australia and Team Italy, which officially gain the right to proceed to the DIFF 2017 Grand Finale.
Based on the detailed information during the scoring process, the Jury believes that the three selected teams will continue to bring impressive performances as well as new surprises to the audience.
The DIFF 2017 Grand Finale - themed Wood - will be held on 24 June, 2017. A Prize Announcement Ceremony will take place immediately after the three teams' performances. Each team in the Grand Finale will be presented with a Certificate of Merit. The winner will be awarded with the DIFF 2017 Champion Cup and the prize of 10,000 USD. The second and the third teams will receive prizes valued 5,000 USD and 3,000 USD, respectively.
